The degree in Marketing at Portucalense University contributes to the training of marketing managers who will occupy the most diverse positions in the business world. Objectives and Programme Content

- Stimulate an integrated vision of marketing strategy, knowing how to articulate approaches in on and offline media.
Why choose this course
The Marketing degree aims to train professionals capable of reconciling the strategic component of marketing management with an effective implementation at the level of operational marketing, by mastering and using the most advanced models and technologies. In this sense, the study cycle has a threefold ambition: (i) to train professionals with specialized know-how to develop functions in the marketing area, in addition to a consistent basic training in management; (ii) to train professionals who are differentiated by the ability to simultaneously conceive and implement all the communication actions that give life to the marketing strategy, quickly and autonomously from advertising, design and communication agencies; (iii) promoting not only technical but also behavioral skills through innovative curricular units, given the new market and consumer environments, where art and self-knowledge enhance creative capacity and the search for the best possible performance.
With the mandatory internship, training is offered with a strong connection to the business environment that allows the development of new skills appropriate to an effective insertion in the labor market. On the other hand, the Marketing Simulation course challenges students to develop attractive projects in the area, which is revealed as an important differentiating factor of this degree.
